Garden Design Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Service

NPR Gardening provides remote garden design services based on information, measurements and photographs supplied by the client.

The standard Garden Design Package includes:

Initial design concept and mood board

Scaled 2D layout plan

Basic planting guidance (unless a detailed planting plan is purchased)

Two structured revision rounds

Optional services may include:

Detailed planting plans

3D visualisations

Hard landscaping concept plans

Additional revision rounds

2. Measurements & Site Information

All designs are created using measurements and information provided by the client.

NPR Gardening cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies in supplied measurements, undisclosed services, or site conditions not communicated prior to design.

For larger, complex or uneven sites, commissioning a professional site survey is recommended before installation.

3. Revisions

Each design package includes two structured revision rounds.

A revision round consists of client feedback followed by reasonable amendments aligned with the original agreed brief.

Revisions do not include full redesigns or substantial changes to the agreed project scope.

Additional revision rounds are available at the following fixed rates:

Small Design – £65

Medium Design – £85

Large / Full Garden – £125

4. 3D Visualisations

3D visualisations are illustrative representations intended to communicate overall design intent.

They are not technical drawings and may not represent exact construction details, levels, or material finishes.

5. Hard Landscaping Concept Plans

Hard landscaping plans provided as part of the service are conceptual only and are intended to guide contractors.

They do not constitute construction drawings, structural calculations, or detailed technical specifications.

Contractors are responsible for preparing all necessary technical drawings prior to installation.

6. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required before design work commences.

The remaining 50% balance is payable prior to the release of final design files.

Final design files will not be issued until full payment has been received.

7. Deliverables

Final deliverables are supplied in PDF format only.

Editable design files are not included unless agreed in writing.

8. Installation

NPR Gardening does not provide installation services as part of the online design package.

All construction and planting works are the responsibility of the client and their appointed contractor.

9. Liability

NPR Gardening is not responsible for contractor workmanship, hidden services, drainage issues, planning restrictions, or site conditions not disclosed prior to design.

10. Intellectual Property

All design work remains the intellectual property of NPR Gardening until paid in full.

Designs may not be reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
